Apply now to help drive reliable outcomesResponsibilities Lead investigation of complex production issues and define actionable next steps Triage and coordinate resolution of production incidents with the core team Create epics, features, and user stories in Azure Dev Ops for complex functionality Define and document user requirements and solution approaches based on analysis Support configuration activities across rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes Maintain a shared knowledge repository to capture knowledge transfer outcomes and processes Liaise with business users, vendor analysts, and developers to align on requirements and decisions Requirements5+ years of business analysis experience in insurance-focused systems At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience Azure Dev Ops experience creating epics, features,



and user stories Advanced requirements elicitation and estimation skills Strong documentation analysis skills and ability to produce clear artifacts Solid SQL skills for data investigation and issue analysis Strong leadership skills to guide requirements work across a distributed team Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)Nice to have Insurity experience Property and Casualty domain expertise Experience in requirements and change management Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and troubleshooting
