Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for K-12 teachers on topics such as innovative teaching strategies,

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and online resources.
Facilitate interactive and collaborative learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of adult learners.
Assess the effectiveness of professional development programs through feedback surveys and impact evaluations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Stay current with research and best practices in education, pedagogy, and adult learning.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to educators as needed.
Manage remote training logistics, ensuring smooth delivery of online sessions.
Contribute to the development of new professional development initiatives and offerings.
