You will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience and supporting an effective and collaborative workplace.## Main Responsibilities* Serve as a key **People & Culture contact** for employees and leaders, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.* Monitor **attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate**, identifying trends and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.* Manage **employee administration**, including hiring documentation, employee records, personnel changes, attendance-related processes, and terminations.* Lead **recruitment and selection for direct labor positions**, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding coordination.* Monitor and report **HR metrics and workforce indicators**, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.* Coordinate **employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events**.* Support the implementation of **People & Culture initiatives and programs** that contribute to employee experience and business objectives.### We are MuntersJoin Munters and become part of a dynamic team shaping the future of climate solutions.
