We’re Hiring | Senior Databricks Engineers

We are building a team of Senior Databricks Engineers for a leading global advanced analytics company, with opportunities to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern Lakehouse architectures, and AI-driven analytics solutions.

We’re looking for hands-on professionals with strong Databricks and Data Engineering expertise, along with exposure to emerging Databricks and AI capabilities.

? Core Technical Skills

Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL.

Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration solutions, and enterprise data platforms.

Hands-on experience with Delta Lake, Lakehouse Architecture, and Medallion Architecture.

Experience with Databricks Workflows, Lakeflow, and performance optimization.

Experience with Unity Catalog, data governance, security, and access controls.

Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD, automation,



and production-grade data engineering practices.

? Emerging Databricks & AI Capabilities (Good to Have)

Databricks AI/BI Genie and conversational analytics.

Mosaic AI, MLflow, Model Serving, and Vector Search.

Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

Experience building AI-powered analytics solutions.

? Experience & Communication

7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong hands-on Databricks expertise.

- Bilingual proficiency is mandatory, Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with general teams.

We’re looking for engineers who combine deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building modern Data & AI platforms.

Hands-on Databricks engineering experience and bilingual proficiency are essential. Exposure to emerging AI capabilities is a strong plus.
