Job Description
We are looking for a Product Development Engineer with experience in mechanical/product design, HVAC systems, and manufacturing processes to support new product development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate new HVAC products in line with customer requirements, technical standards, and performance specifications.

Create and maintain engineering drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.

Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility.

Implement technical improvements to existing products through redesign and cost-reduction initiatives, including Value Engineering/VAVE.

Provide technical support during pilot production, production start-up, and post-release phases.

Manage engineering changes, including ECOs/ECNs, for assigned products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, such as:

Mechanical Engineering





Electromechanical Engineering

Manufacturing Engineering

Mechatronics

Industrial Processes

Aeronautical Engineering

26 years of experience in mechanical design/product design and manufacturing processes.

Intermediate-level AutoCAD 2D skills.

Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.

Knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

English proficiency at B1 level or higher (CEFR).

Strong analytical, communication, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn independently, take initiative, and work proactively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HVAC systems and Air Handling Units (AHU).

Sheet-metal design experience.

New Product Introduction (NPI) experience, preferably 13 years.

Macro programming and automation using VBA, Python, C#, or CAD APIs.

Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R;, and VAVE activities.
