Role Description This full-time, on-site Software Developer role is based in Monterrey, NLE.

The Software

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications that support Durosa’s products and internal systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.

The Software

Developer will also help improve development workflows, ensure code quality and security best practices, and support deployment and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.




- Experience in Software Development and Programming for production-ready applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Monterrey, NLE, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing secure, maintainable code.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD tools is a plus.
