Project Description:

- You'll join the video platform program of a major US pay-TV and streaming provider. The program builds the Android-based streaming and set-top-box app used by millions of subscribers. You'll support two distributed client-app teams:
- Discovery & Personalization: content discovery, GenAI features, partner integrations and live sports.
- Core Experience Services: cloud DVR, bookmarks, notifications, Sports Mode and page layout.
- The program runs on SAFe-style scaled Agile, with 2-week sprints and quarterly PI planning. The role combines Scrum Master work for both teams with an Epic Delivery Lead / Project Manager function. Its focus is stronger delivery governance: estimates, budget tracking, dependency ownership and quality triage.

Responsibilities:

- Run all Scrum ceremonies and plan capacity for both teams.
- Keep Jira boards accurate and healthy, and run regular bug and incident triage.




- Remove blockers and escalate to program leadership when needed.
- Own planning, delivery and launch of large cross-team epics, from pre-planning through PI planning to post-launch.
- Make sure every epic has an engineering estimate, and track burn against that estimate.
- Manage cross-team and partner dependencies, risks and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate production readiness, release candidates, and rollout and rollback plans.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 5–7 years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience serving 2 distributed teams across time zones.
- Hands-on SAFe or scaled-Agile experience, including PI planning and program boards.
- Strong program management skills: dependencies, risks, budget and scope tracking.
- Advanced Jira skills (JQL, dashboards, hierarchies) and Confluence skills.
- Technical literacy across mobile/Android, APIs, release and CI/QA processes.
- Advanced English (C1 ), written and spoken.
