Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Transition Manager to lead our transition efforts to SAP S4 HANA. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations, project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing transitions in complex environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate challenges and drive the project to successful completion.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of the SAP S4 HANA transition project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.




- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the testing and validation of the SAP S4 HANA system to ensure it meets business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S4 HANA transitions.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Exceptional project management skills.
