what you’ll do
- build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
- work with product management to define the roadmap, mvp, and key metrics.
- collaborate with architects and team leads to design the product architecture.
- manage software engineers, fostering career growth and solid team practices.
- participate in development and testing across teams.
what we are looking for
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years as a tech lead or similar management role with strong leadership skills.
- excellent coaching, team building, and collaboration abilities.
- business‑oriented mindset with ability to track and communicate metrics.
- 2+ years leading a product engineering team in a product company.
- strong technical background, particularly with .net.
- public cloud experience.
- experience with agile development.
- knowledge of angular and aws (plus).
