Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of operational improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource requirements, timelines, and budget management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress to senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new operational procedures.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on operations, supply chain, or process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects that resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency or cost savings.
