Your Tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely shipments across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate export shipments with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Ensure all required documentation is properly signed, submitted, and uploaded.
- Monitor customs clearance processes and follow up on pending activities.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, particularly for the US and Canada.
- Track international shipments and resolve operational issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient export operations.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in export operations, international logistics, or customs processes.
- Experience handling export operations involving LATAM and European markets.
- Knowledge of export documentation,



customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Execution and follow-up capabilities.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
