This position offers the unique opportunity to own the end-to-end software fulfillment lifecycle within a global tech leader, moving beyond basic administration to architecting complex integrations between Salesforce, middleware, and entitlement systems. You will be a key player in a high-visibility environment, transforming intricate business requirements into seamless client interactions that impact our global supply chain efficiency. Design, prototype, and document advanced solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment to meet evolving business needs.



Orchestrate sophisticated integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms and middleware. Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to facilitate rapid, proactive responses to changing project objectives and global goals. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform with a focus on fulfillment process implementations. Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, and quote-to-order processes. SQL / SOQL experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer). Experience working within the middleware and entitlement systems space.
