As a Product and Process Engineer, you will be the key technical expert for our released products and standard manufacturing processes, responsible for their integrity, reliability and performance. Lead technically rigorous root cause analyses, using advanced methodologies to resolve product and process performance issues. Review, approve or reject product and process changes, and define the qualification test plans that make sure each change keeps the product's fit, form and function. Respond quickly to customer and commercial requests for product changes, and partner with Product Development on rapid adaptations of existing products.
