Landing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Travel Experience Agent to serve as the voice of Landing for guests, handling calls, emails, and chats before, during, and after their stay. You will coordinate move-ins/move-outs and own issues until resolved, maintaining clear follow-up with guests, hosts, and properties.
You will work in English daily with teams across the US from our Polanco office in Mexico City. This role offers growth in hospitality operations and customer experience.
