Your Role

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Banking Deposits Platform at Capgemini, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing core banking deposit platforms that enable critical customer-facing and operational banking services.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders to analyze business requirements, investigate issues, validate solutions, and support the implementation of banking products and system enhancements. This role is highly analytical and hands-on, requiring someone who enjoys problem-solving, testing, troubleshooting, and diving deep into business processes and system functionality.

The adecuado candidate combines strong business analysis skills with practical knowledge of retail banking products and the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex business and technical challenges.

Responsibilities & Scope

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable requirements.
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and supporting documentation.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Research and understand existing system functionality and integration points.

Banking Platform Support

- Support core banking deposit platforms, including product setup, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Assist with new deposit product implementations and existing product modifications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues impacting banking products and customer experience.
- Support ongoing improvements and optimization initiatives across the deposits ecosystem.
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Testing & Solution Validation

- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and validation scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Validate system behavior, business rules, calculations, and product configurations.
- Document testing results, defects, and remediation activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to clarify requirements, investigate issues, and support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, QA Teams, and Business Users.




- Participate in requirement workshops, solution reviews, and system discussions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Issue Investigation & Problem Solving

- Analyze data and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
- Research technical and functional documentation to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Investigate integration points and data flows across banking systems.
- Support resolution efforts through testing, validation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
