Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap, including production LLM and agent systems used daily by the team. This is a builder role, not research, and the position is full-time and your only job.
We expect you to have shipped an LLM system to production and be able to explain design decisions, failures, and changes. The role is remote for Latin America and South Africa with a US-based team.
