At Randstad, we are looking for a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join a general leader in innovative chemical solutions. In this role, you will manage end-to-end B2B relationships with international key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Completed/Titled) in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Customer Experience.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Preferred experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
