Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Analista de Datos y Financiamiento Inmobiliario is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing real estate and financial data to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and portfolio performance. Daily activities include building and maintaining financial models, evaluating financing options, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends in market and property-level data. The role collaborates with commercial, operations, and finance teams to provide clear data‑driven insights, prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and support due diligence for new projects. The analyst also helps improve data quality, standardize data sources, and contribute to process optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.




- Knowledge of statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real estate or financial datasets.
- Experience in data modeling, including structuring financial models and designing data schemas relevant to property and financing analysis.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Understanding of real estate financing concepts, financial statement analysis, and basic valuation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
