TE Connectivity Ltd. in Hermosillo, Mexico is seeking a SUPV III CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT to oversee CI programs and collaborate with stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment. Requires a Bachelor’s in industrial engineering; MBA and Lean Six Sigma preferred; minimum 6 years in manufacturing/ops and at least 5 years leading CI initiatives.

Onsite travel 10–25%. Lead the OE strategy and deployment, manage the OE portfolio with SQDIP metrics, and drive high-impact improvements.
