Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all warehouse locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.




- Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and policies.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, turnover, aging, and valuation for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory needs effectively.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend disposition strategies.
- Implement and improve inventory management systems and software.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the warehouse related to inventory handling.
- Support the receiving and shipping departments by providing accurate inventory information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP modules).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is essential.
