Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, from initial feasibility studies to construction and completion.
- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conducting thorough site analysis, market research, and zoning reviews for potential development sites.
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements
