We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support customer demand management, inventory control, shipping coordination, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer releases and analyze demand requirements.
- Monitor and maintain Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Manage customer communication through customer portals and electronic systems.
- Monitor EDI transactions and shipping activities within the ERP system.
- Handle critical customer requirements and expedite urgent requests.
- Collaborate with Production, Materials, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain and customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer demand and shipment information.
Qualifications
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking): 80% or higher.
- Experience managing customer releases, forecasts, and demand requirements.
- Knowledge of Finished Goods inventory management.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably in inventory, shipping, and EDI modules.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer releases and demand fluctuations.
- Experience coordinating shipments and managing customer priorities.
