We are a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced industrial washing and cleaning systems serving a diverse range of industries. We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Manager to provide both technical and people leadership for our Mechanical Engineering Team.

Position Summary

The Mechanical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers engaged in the design, development, and support of industrial washing and cleaning equipment. This role balances technical leadership, strategic planning, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and designers.
- Drive technical decisions involving fluid handling systems, pumps, piping, spray systems, filtration, and thermal processes.
- Lead design reviews and ensure product quality, reliability, safety, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams and align global standards.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Sales, and Product Management teams.
- Support recruitment, performance management, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8-15 years of mechanical engineering experience.




- 3-5 years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
- Strong background in fluid dynamics and industrial equipment design.
- Experience in manufacturing environments and product development.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks
- Experience with AutoCAD as a secondary tool/system

English Language Requirement

- CEFR level: C1 minimum, C2 preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform the following in English at an appropriate level B2/C1:
- Actively participate in technical discussions
- Prepare engineering documentation
- Conduct presentations, and collaborate effectively with international English-speaking teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with industrial washing systems or process equipment.
- Knowledge of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, pumps, filtration systems, and spray technologies.
- Experience working with integral engineering organizations.
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
