About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and highly analytical Senior Remote Financial Administrative Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for providing advanced financial analysis, managing financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, identifying trends, and supporting key business decisions through insightful financial data. This role demands a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.




- Monitor financial performance against established KPIs and objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee and streamline financial administrative processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Stay abreast of industry financial trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools).
