Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hospital standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with infection control policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment,



ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Oversee the proper disposal of medical waste and general refuse.
- Ensure all cleaning staff are trained on safety protocols, including the use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials.
- Liaise with hospital administration and other departments to address cleaning needs and concerns.
- Monitor and control labor costs and supply expenses.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- In‑depth knowledge of hospital cleaning standards, disinfection techniques, and infection control.
- Experience with managing and motivating cleaning teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare waste management protocols.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
