About the Job
This is a coordination role. You'll support Jairus' account management and operations teams by keeping campaigns, onboarding, and project timelines on track across a range of healthcare clients. Account Managers and Account Directors own the client relationship. You make sure the work behind it runs smoothly.
You'll join a well-run team with defined processes and strong leadership, and you'll work with senior team members every day. There's a clear path to grow into account management as your scope expands.
About You
You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You like being the person who keeps several accounts moving and the team informed. You've worked in a digital marketing agency, you're comfortable following process, and you communicate clearly in advanced English, written and spoken. You're looking for a stable, structured team where your agency experience counts and there's room to move up.
What You'll Do
- Support project implementation, including audience development and campaign monitoring across social media, email, and other platforms
- Assist the account and operations teams with onboarding for new clients
- Keep work organized in TeamWork: task setup, timeline tracking, and status updates
- Follow and help maintain internal processes and workflows so projects stay on time
- Take part in internal planning sessions and performance reviews, and contribute to client service and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors across accounts
What You Bring
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- Advanced English, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and respect for established processes
- Curiosity and comfort in a fast-paced environment
