Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement an innovative content strategy across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) for our FMCG portfolio.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations.
- Grow our online community by actively engaging with followers and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key trends, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
- Identify user-generated content opportunities and leverage them to enhance brand presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget utilization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, ideally within the FMCG
