Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the interpretation and application of Mexican labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
- Support the resolution of employee grievances and disputes.
- Conduct research on labor law developments and provide updates to the HR team.
- Help prepare documentation for legal proceedings or consultations related to labor relations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistent application of labor policies.
- Participate in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, as needed.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs on labor law and employee relations to managers and employees.
- Monitor workplace trends and identify potential areas of concern or opportunity.
- Ensure all employee relations activities are conducted ethically and with the utmost confidentiality.

Requirements

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Studies, or a related field.
