About the Role Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Gestor de Cobranza de Pólizas de Seguros to manage the premium collection process in their Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico office. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring timely payment of insurance premiums. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for contacting policyholders, processing payments, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, a meticulous approach to financial tasks, and a solid understanding of billing and collections procedures within the insurance industry. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a high level of service to both clients and the company. The role is based in our Tlalnepantla office, requiring on-site presence. Key Responsibilities

- Contact policyholders to remind them of upcoming premium payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Process premium payments via various methods (online, phone, mail).
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries related to payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and payments received.
- Generate reports on outstanding premiums, payment trends, and collection effectiveness.




- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth billing experience for clients.
- Identify potential collection issues and escalare them to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar financial role, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of billing cycles and collection practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico .
