Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and close projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation,



and risk assessments.
- Manage and mentor project teams located remotely across different locations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration using digital tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Asana).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong experience in managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
