Fortrea seeks a Site Navigator II in Mexico to coordinate site-level activities during start-up and maintenance. You will serve as the single contact for investigative sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely activation in line with ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations.
You will identify potential sites, manage feasibility and outreach, and support contract negotiations, IRB/IEC submissions, and study-team collaboration to keep projects on track.
