BairesDev is seeking outstanding Engineering Managers to join its Research & Development Team (R&D;) in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee human capital for projects, define and monitor KPIs, ensure effective coordination, lead Scrum ceremonies, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, 3+ years in a PM role, strong PM skills, excellent communication, and advanced English.
