We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist (Braze) to join their marketing team. You will leverage Braze to create and optimize multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer retention and engagement across push, email, and in-app messaging. You’ll play a key role in taking their customer engagement strategy to the next level, driving data integration, campaign performance, and long-term audience growth. Check it out!
Requirements 3+ years of experience managing a customer engagement platform
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Braze
Technical experience with Braze configuration (push, email, in-app)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and retention KPIs
Excellent communication in English and Spanish
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional, comfortable wearing multiple hats Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze (push, in-app, email, etc.)
Write compelling, culturally relevant copy in Spanish and English
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, product, and engineering)
Implement new Braze use cases to increase engagement and retention Opportunity Part-time contract.
