Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Develop and implement robust data models and manage database interactions (SQL and NoSQL).
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of backend systems in a cloud environment.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the backend stack.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices.
- Mentor junior backend developers and promote best practices within the team.
- Stay current with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proven expertise in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, and associated frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express.js).
- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
