We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. Own the Enterprise AI portfolio and help build what is in it: give leadership a clear, trusted view of what is being delivered, when, and with what result, and go deep on the technology by understanding what each request needs, designing the approach, and building AI solutions hands-on. Work with developers, business stakeholders, leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Data teams across global teams. Responsibilities Own the Enterprise AI portfolio end to end, serving as the single source of truth for scope, priority, status, dates, dependencies, risks, and owners Design and build AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows hands-on using tools such as Anthropic Claude, Open AI, Google Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock, carrying solutions from prototype through to production Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Open AI Codex, Cursor, and Git Hub Copilot to support hands-on development work Assess the AI approach behind each request, including model selection, platform choice, and agent pattern, while evaluating feasibility, cost, effort, and risk Evaluate new models, agent frameworks, and AI tools, and make recommendations on adoption Lead portfolio planning and prioritization sessions with leadership, and plan capacity across internal developers and contractor teams Build and maintain the Enterprise AI roadmap, managing cross-team dependencies and risks along the way Define and report on portfolio metrics such as throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization, while measuring business value after launch Prepare and lead QBRs, deliver executive readouts to IT and company leadership, and provide regular status updates to executive sponsors Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for planning, building, and shipping AI work Requirements A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or an equivalent field A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology delivery,



including hands-on building and leading portfolio or program management across multiple teams At least 3 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 20 or more full-time employees Hands-on experience building generative and agentic AI solutions with frontier models such as Claude, GPT, Glean, and Gemini Practical experience with AI cloud platforms, including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and Google Vertex AIFamiliarity with agent frameworks and protocols, including Claude Agent SDK, Open AI Agents SDK, Lang Graph, MCP, and A2 AWorking knowledge of prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and guardrails, including tracking model quality, cost, and token usage Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot Experience with capacity planning and managing demand/capacity trade-offs across internal and contractor teams Strong skills in portfolio tooling and reporting, particularly Jira, including building dashboards that leaders actively use, along with delivery and business-value metrics Proven ability to influence senior leaders, with experience leading QBRs and executive readouts backed by strong storytelling for C-level audiences Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with AI governance principles to support responsible and compliant AI adoption Experience with AWS Bedrock for building and scaling generative AI solutions Background working with agentic SDKs to support agent development and orchestration Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude for AI-driven solution development Experience using Atlassian Jira for tracking work and managing project portfolios Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry tools for building and deploying AI solutions Knowledge of context engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and relevance Experience using Cursor as an AI-assisted coding tool Background in Gen AI agent evaluation and testing to ensure quality and reliability Experience using Git Hub Copilot to support AI-assisted software development Familiarity with Glean for enterprise search and knowledge discovery Experience with Google Vertex AI for building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions Working knowledge of Lang Graph for orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows Experience with the Open AI Agents SDK in Python for building agentic solutions Familiarity with Open AI Codex for AI-assisted code generation Strong grounding in prompt engineering to design and refine effective AI interactions Solid stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences Experience working with vector databases to support retrieval-based AI solutions We offer International projects with top brands Work with general teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the Linked In Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and Linked In EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
