Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus Reporting to the Engineering Director the Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team, working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area within our organization.

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
- Establish and improve process capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.




- Improve throughput in constrained areas.
- Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s Degree finished in related field.
- Robust experience in similar role, working closely with process engineering and managing teams on production floor.
- Exp. Electrical products.
- Experience having communication with the CFT.
- Strong team work sense and proactivity will be fundamental.
