.NET Application Support Engineer (Azure)

Technical Requirements

- 3+ years in Application Support, Production Support, or .NET Support roles within enterprise environments.
- Strong experience supporting and maintaining applications developed with:C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API. Ability to monitor applications, analyze logs, identify issues, and participate in troubleshooting activities.
- Azure (Required). Experience supporting and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Monitor, Application Insights,



Azure DevOps, Service Bus
- Experience with Git version control.
- SQL knowledge, including:Queries, Stored Procedures (SPs), Views, Joins, Application configuration and parameterization, Data analysis and validation
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools such as: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI

Nice to Have

- Experience with incident management platforms such as: ServiceNow, Jira.

Language Requirements

- Advanced English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

- Provide support for applications developed in .NET.
- Monitor the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution activities.

Location:

Mexico: Hybrid work arrangement. Offices in Guadalajara, Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, Aguascalientes, Ensenada, or Mérida.
