Outlier invites skilled software engineers to join as QA Coders in a remote, LATAM-focused program. You will review AI-generated code, rate responses on accuracy and presentation, and craft well-structured CS prompts to challenge AI models. No AI experience required, but strong CS background helps.

Compensation includes hourly rates up to $34 USD, plus incentive components via Missions. Flexible, 1099 contract work with integral, asynchronous collaboration from anywhere in Latin America.
