The Talent Company seeks a Business Head / Senior Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of its industrial business in Mexico, focusing on high-precision machinery and capital equipment.

You will build and lead a sales, marketing and service team, shape local marketing, manage full sales cycles, and oversee profitability while reporting to the international HQ.

This on-site role is based in Jurica, Querétaro, requiring English and an entrepreneurial, autonomous mindset.
