Balsam Brands in Mexico is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable data warehousing solutions using Snowflake, dbt, and Python. You will serve as the pod’s technical authority and own delivery within its domain.
You’ll lead migration of data platforms, guide engineers, collaborate with Product and Data teams, and help shape data strategy while working remotely with occasional in-person events in Mexico.
