TCS is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)Job summaryActively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirementsResponsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.Responsible for the co-ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagrams.Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementFit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gapsCreate detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations,
