Bluelight is seeking an experienced sales professional to own the full sales cycle for US-based clients, selling professional services and software development solutions. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals while coordinating with delivery teams.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-growing environment. Experience with nearshore/offshore software delivery is a plus.
