Precision Medicine Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead multi-country HR delivery across LATAM, aligning processes with our general operating model.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to manage complex employee relations, country expansions, and governance with scalable, compliant operations.

This remote role supports Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru and requires advanced HR expertise and English proficiency.
