We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our organization.In this position, you will set the technical direction for Salesforce projects and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable and forward-thinking systems.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and communicate the technical roadmap for Salesforce solutions, leading teams in system integration and ensuring high data standardsMentor developers and technical professionals in designing robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platformEngage with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and ensure IT strategies support business goalsIntroduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to technology teams to enhance solution designEvaluate new trends in technology architecture and recommend innovative approaches for ongoing improvementManage technology risks and work with stakeholders to make strategic decisionsOversee day-to-day technical operations and turn design concepts into practical IT solutionsDrive the ongoing release of new features, system upgrades, and provide support through continuous optimization and refactoringRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in technology or related rolesMinimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator rolesAt least 2 years leading teams of 20 or more professionalsExperience participating in at least 5 end-to-end project cycles or launching a product or major product featureExtensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform,
