Cummins is seeking a LATAM Process Excellence & Talent Attraction Specialist to join our LATAM Talent Acquisition team. This role can be based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, or Guarulhos, Brazil, and focuses on improving TA processes, analytics, and candidate experience across Latin America.

You will standardize recruiting practices, manage regional dashboards and KPIs, and drive workforce planning and capacity forecasting to support scalable, efficient hiring aligned with general standards.
