Morgan Advanced Materials seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Atlacomulco site in Mexico, overseeing Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and EHS. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, drive quality and cost performance, and spearhead continuous improvement.
You will report to the Manufacturing Director, Finishing, and shape the site’s future through capital investment, talent development and longer-term operational strategy within the Performance Carbon business.
