Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, selling custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering services.

You will build a healthy pipeline, run consultative discovery, tailor proposals with delivery teams, engage senior decision-makers, and forecast revenue to meet quarterly targets while working remotely with a fast-growing team.
