Technical Specialists - MQ

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the IBM MQ platform and strong at basic.

Good understanding on RDQM

Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve system performance, stability, and efficiency.





Utilize monitoring tools effectively to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high service availability.

Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MQ service disruptions and performance degradation, implementing timely and effective corrective actions.

Analyze system logs to pinpoint underlying causes of issues and propose preventative measures.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in IBM MQ platform administration and support.

Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical problems.

Strong understanding of performance tuning and system optimization within an MQ environment.

Experience with MQ monitoring tools and implementing preventive strategies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.

Mandatory Skills: IBM MQ Infra Admin.

Experience: 3-5 Years.
