The successful candidate will excel at building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer support.Responsibilities:Assisting with customer service via emails and telephoneBuilding relationships with customersTeaching the MetaTrader trading platforms functionality to new and prospective clients (remotely/live face to face)Dealing with variety of tasks assigned by HQRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT relatedVery good interpersonal skills: dynamic personality, ability to maintain client interest,
