The opportunity:Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring a smooth flow of data among suppliers, systems, and internal teams.How you'll make an impact:Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documentsMaintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materialsWork closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangementsCommunicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase ordersBuild strong relationships with Hitachi Energy's purchasing and logistics teams,
